"First of all, although it’s not a walk-in type clinic and the office was full I was admitted on an emergency basis and was offered to wait. It took me just 20 min (!!!) before the Dr. Silk helped me. Second, while waiting in the lobby I noticed how busy the front desk lady was: she had to respond to non-stop phone calls (2 lines) and greet the patients and process their paperwork.
