"recently had cataract surgery and Dr. Silk was my surgeon. I was very impressed with the staff in his office, the staff at VHC, and with Dr. Silk personally. In the office the staff was friendly, helpful, always greeted me in a professional, caring manner. They were very accommodating, when I got lost, the first time I visited, and was 45 minutes late. They were so nice and allowed me to keep my appointment, with only smiles and encouragement. Dr. Silk was very helpful explaining the procedure, answering all my questions, and taking any fears I had away. As a result of the surgery, I am amazed at the results. I felt as if a miracle had occurred when the patch over my eye was removed, and I could see. Everything was so bright and clear. I had no idea how poor my vision was until I was actually able to see. I would recommend Dr. Silk and his staff to anyone who has eye issues. The experience was painless and very rewarding."
