After much discussion we opted for the INTACS surgical procedure involving corneal implants. I was extremely nervous about being awake during the surgery and potential complications, but Dr. Silk was there every step of the way talking me through the procedure and giving superior follow up care. Even just 6 weeks post operation I am already seeing better and look forward to continuing my treatment plan and great relationship with Dr. Silk.
